He started helping local businesses with social media at 15, then moved to San Francisco after high school to join an ad-tech startup as its third employee. Roles at Hint and VaynerX followed before he started Sharma Brands. His published work explores customer experience, creative, retention, and the practical decisions behind consumer businesses. Outside business, he makes music with After Ours.
